^01/Strict selection of vehicles

We understand that every vehicle we manage is as if we were acquiring it for ourselves.

In addition to forcing us to follow the best processes to meet the demands and achieve the full satisfaction of our customers, we follow the strictest protocols of preparation and selection in our managed vehicles.

We only manage vehicles from official dealerships, selected car dealers and private individuals that have the maintenance book and are accident free.

If these characteristics are not met, we will categorically discard the vehicle. We also discard vehicles from renting, cabs, driving schools and auctions. We also do not handle vehicles imported from countries outside the European Community, such as the USA, Canada, Dubai, etc.

^02/Thorough review

We understand that it is really important to have the right qualifications to develop the mechanical expertise. That is why we only work with expert appraisers who have specialized automotive studies (official workshops, TÜV, Dekra, etc.).

All our managed vehicles are subjected, for their subsequent import to Spain, to a programmed 120-point revision, including all the elements of the vehicle such as bodywork, electrical installation, engine, gearbox, wheels, interiors, brakes, suspension and underbody.

We check the vehicle in detail. We have a professional diagnostic tool to detect internal or electronic errors. We also have a paint tester to measure the density of the paint to detect possible repainted or masked areas and to know if it has suffered an accident.

We exhaustively perform a dynamic test drive on the road to confirm all functions such as engine, braking system, suspension, steering, transmission, intake and exhaust system, tires, electronic devices, etc. and rule out possible leaks or other failures.

Only in this way we can offer you the maximum guarantees from the day of its release so that you can enjoy your new car, re-releasing it in every way, both interior and exterior, as well as in the technical or mechanical part.

^03/Up-to-date maintenance

All our vehicles that we manage have, without exception, an official maintenance book. It is essential for us to deliver the vehicle with the maintenance book stamped and completely up to date.

^04/Guaranteed mileage

We are interested in knowing everything about the life of our cars and we want you to know it. That is why we provide you with all the vehicle data that we have been able to collect (service book, history, MOT reports, etc.).

We commit ourselves to ensure that all the kilometers marked on each used vehicle coincide exactly with the kilometers traveled.

We also ensure that the seller guarantees the mileage in writing.

^05/Certificate of accident exemption

We also ensure that the seller certifies in writing the absence of accidents and structural shocks.

^06/Warranty

All our vehicles have the possibility of contracting a 12-month warranty, which covers the repair costs of any insured defect that may occur during the warranty period where you can go to any workshop in Spain (including official workshops of the respective vehicle manufacturer). The warranty can be extended up to 48 months and without mileage limit.

^07/Final prices

The price we communicate to you is a final price, turnkey, and includes all the costs and expenses of import, customs, transport, taxes, registration, road tax, ITV, homologation, reform projects if necessary and all the expenses that may arise, so that you only have to worry about driving. There will not be any additional cost.

^08/Home delivery

If you wish we can organize the transport of your purchased vehicle, and deliver it to any part of the Spanish territory. The approximate delivery time is 7 to 12 days, depending on the availability of the selected and contracted transport (truck, ship, own axle, etc.).

^09/Financing

We offer an efficient vehicle financing service, since we work with the main banking entities and we obtain financing for the purchase of your vehicle at the most competitive interest rates with a term of up to 120 months, and without down payment with the maximum flexibility and adaptation according to your needs.

HOW MEDIATION WITH MVG Automobile WORKS (step by step)

1) Contact us

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or easily and directly through our mediation request form. When you contact us via our enquiry form, you can tell us step by step exactly what you are looking for in a vehicle.

2) We search for the best deals in Germany

Our sales managers will search for different options based on your preferences until we find the car you want. If you have seen a vehicle you like online, you can also send us the link.

3) Contacting the seller

Once we have located the ideal vehicle, we contact the seller, ensuring that all the information in the advertisement is correct, and we verify the documentation, checking for any possible issues such as seizures, theft, hidden accidents, etc.

4) Mediation contract

Once we have confirmed that the information is correct, and if you are definitely interested in the car, we will draw up a detailed quote and sign a mediation contract with you.

5) Payment for agreed service

Payment for our contracted services will be made in the manner you prefer (bank transfer, PayPal or cash). Our only condition is to receive the amount for our service once the appointment for the inspection of the selected vehicle has been made and before travelling.

6) Appointment

We make an appointment with the seller to carry out a thorough inspection of the car and the documentation and to meet the seller. Of course, if you wish, you can also travel to Germany yourself. We will be happy to pick you up at Düsseldorf or Cologne airport and, if necessary, book a hotel for you. We will then travel together to the seller to view and inspect the vehicle and finalise the purchase.

7.1) Travel and initial vehicle inspection

We travel to the place of sale to inspect the car thoroughly, review the documentation, and meet the seller. Using professional diagnostic tools, we verify the actual mileage and identify any internal or electronic faults. A paint tester allows us to measure paint density, revealing any repainted or repaired areas and indicating whether the vehicle has been in an accident.

7.2) Road test and third-party technical inspection

We conduct a dynamic road test to ensure all systems function correctly — engine, brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, intake and exhaust, tyres, electronics, etc. — and to detect any leaks or potential defects. A full inspection by a third-party organisation such as TÜV or DEKRA includes bodywork, electronics, engine, gearbox, wheels, interior, brakes, suspension, and underbody. Throughout the process, we keep you updated with detailed photos and videos to help you make the best decision.

8) Negotiation of the final price

When the vehicle has been fully checked and is in perfect condition, we will negotiate the final price.

9) The purchase is made.

If everything is to your satisfaction, we will proceed with the purchase of the vehicle. The seller will draw up a sales contract and invoice, which will be reviewed by us. Both the purchase contract and the invoice are in your name and payment for the vehicle will be made directly between you and the seller. If you have signed up for our PREMIUM Plan, we will take care of absolutely all the necessary procedures until the delivery of your vehicle, as follows

10) Procedures in Germany

Once the purchase is complete, we will take care of all the necessary procedures in Germany. Within a maximum of 3 days, the paperwork will be sorted out and the car will be ready for delivery, and we will proceed with its transfer to the UK.

11) Transport

From that moment on, we will send the carrier to collect the vehicle. We usually bring it to one of our partner facilities in Galicia, where we will proceed with all the pending formalities.

12) Preparation

As soon as the vehicle arrives in Spain, our main objective will be to deliver it to you as soon as possible, always ensuring the quality of the service and, of course, a full check of the vehicle we deliver. We will thoroughly check your car and prepare it for delivery. We will make sure there are no surprises and that everything is perfect. If any servicing or maintenance is required, this will be carried out at one of our partner garages. Naturally, we will comply fully with the manufacturer's specifications.

13) Documentation

Once the vehicle has been thoroughly checked, we will take it for its MOT and carry out all the necessary procedures to obtain the documentation required for registration.

14) Registration

As soon as the remaining amounts are paid, we will proceed with the registration with the traffic authorities. We have a professional administrative service, which takes care of all the paperwork, obtaining a turnaround time of 2 to 3 working days for the correct completion of the vehicle registration process in your name.

15) Warranty

Once the vehicle is registered in your name, the official warranty will be taken out for a period of 12 months. The warranty can be extended up to 48 months with unlimited mileage.

16) Delivery

The car will then be ready for delivery. You can collect it from one of our partner dealerships or choose the home delivery option, and we will bring the vehicle to your door. You can now enjoy your vehicle.

Export processing

In addition to serving local and existing customers, MVG Automobile also offers export services for self-employed customers and professional dealers wishing to purchase vehicles in Germany.

We are familiar with the export regulations in the automobile trade, so we also take care of all export issues when selling a vehicle from Germany abroad.

We support the buyer in all aspects of the export process and make it as easy as possible to deliver the vehicle to the buyers door..

With a select alliance of collaborating partners, we offer our self-employed and professional customers a comprehensive service and enable them to manage the import process comfortably and easily, from the vehicle consultation to the transport by truck and export by sea or air, as well as the complete export documentation.

Through our cooperation partners, we enable our business customers with tax identification numbers (TIN) from neighboring EC countries to import German vehicles into their EU country without having to pay a security deposit.

They only pay the net export price and act according to §6a of the VAT law for intra-community deliveries.

Our private customers from neighboring EC countries can also purchase from us vehicles up to 6 months old and 6000 km net.
